Can I change my address after placing my order?
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before your order is dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, any address change must be arranged directly with the carrier and may be subject to their restrictions.
Will I have to pay import duties or doorstep taxes?
No.Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are 100% prepaid for all international orders. The price you see at checkout is final—you will never be asked to pay additional delivery fees upon arrival.
What if my jacket arrives and needs adjustments?
Your order is covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If your jacket requires a minor adjustment on arrival, contact us within 14 days. We'll review the fit and, where appropriate, arrange an alteration or remake, or cover approved local tailoring costs according to the guarantee terms.
